As your Real Estate Broker, Ken offers a unique and impressive background in residential home and land sales, as well as residential custom contracting. He served as President / Principal Broker of his family-owned business, Wedgewood Properties Inc., for some 30 years before joining Napier Realtors ERA, resulting in a wide client base throughout Goochland, Henrico, Richmond and Hanover. Both buyers and sellers find his recommendations and knowledge key elements to successfully completing a purchase or sales transaction. He earned his SRES certification in 2015 which serves those clients well (age 50+) who are looking to down-size or make a transitional move to accommodate a changing lifestyle.
Ken is a native Richmonder and graduate of the University of Richmond with a BS in Finance. He and his wife, Betty Jean, live in Henrico County and are the parents of two grown sons who have ownership in Richmond area businesses involved in residential real estate.
